Can I Return or Exchange Tickets?
In accordance with the legislation of the European Union, ticket refunds for events are only provided in cases of event cancellations. In such cases, the buyer can only receive a refund for the nominal ticket price. The service fee and the cost of additional services are non-refundable. Fridayticket is not responsible for refunding ticket payments if the event organizer is a different legal entity. Although Fridayticket can assist in resolving ticket refund issues, it's not responsible for the timeliness and completeness of refunds issued by the organizer to buyers. If the event organizer or authorized ticket seller has granted Fridayticket the authority to issue refunds to buyers of canceled tickets, the buyer must send a refund request to the email address [email protected]. Refunds are applicable only for tickets purchased through the website https://fridayticket.com. Refunds for buyers who paid for their orders (tickets) via non-cash methods (bank card) will be processed after the buyer submits a refund request to [email protected], along with a photo or scanned copy of the ticket(s) and payment confirmation. Refunds are automatically credited to the bank card used for ticket payment and are processed within 10 (ten) business days after the refund request is received. Only the buyer whose information is listed in the order can request a refund. For tickets purchased by legal entities, payment can be made only through fund transfers to a designated current account based on the provided invoice. How Can I Obtain Tickets?
The buyer assumes sole responsibility for providing a correct and valid email address. After payment for the e-ticket is made, it will be sent to the buyer's specified email address. The buyer is entitled to present the electronic ticket stored on their technical device upon entering the venue, provided the device allows the document to be displayed for inspection (scanning) by the access control system. The buyer is solely responsible for safeguarding the electronic ticket against copying. Copying an electronic ticket will grant access to the venue based on the first presented ticket.
How to Purchase a Ticket?
To buy tickets on the Fridayticket website, the buyer must first acquaint themselves with the terms of the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy. Before making a purchase, the buyer must ensure their complete understanding and unconditional acceptance of all terms presented in the Public Offer and Privacy Policy. Prior to purchasing a ticket, the buyer should review any age restrictions associated with the chosen event, if applicable. These restrictions will be provided on the event page. Additionally, the buyer must provide the contact phone number, email address, and the recipient's full name of the electronic ticket. Once these steps are completed, the buyer can proceed to pay for the tickets using any of the methods offered on the website. Payment is considered finalized when the payment (banking) institution confirms the successful transaction and transfers funds to the account. Upon receipt of payment for the ticket by Fridayticket or the authorized ticket seller, the ticket is considered sold, and the buyer gains entry to the event. In the case of non-payment or partial payment of the ticket price, the ticket is deemed unsold and cancelled.
